Elwood Animal Hospital
“My senior dog was having several scary health issues, and when I called around trying to get her seen, no one was able to get her in. Elwood not only made room to see her, but they also took the time to help me over the phone before they even knew me or my dog.
When I brought her in, Dr. Raichel and his assistant, Natalie, were absolutely amazing. They comforted me during a very stressful time and treated my baby with so much patience, compassion, and care.
A few days later, I had to bring her back, and Dr. Ingold and her assistant were just as wonderful. I also really appreciated receiving an email summary after our visits explaining everything that was discussed. It made it so much easier to understand her condition, medications, and what to expect moving forward.
I am incredibly thankful for the entire team at Elwood. Their professionalism, kindness, and compassion truly showed how much they care about both their patients and the people who love them. I’m so grateful we found them!”
