Went back in Jan of 2023 for a DOT drug test (random) and after a few hours of sitting there was told to come back another time. According to their website and on the door of the building they close at 12am. Yet that day they shut down at 5pm. They need to figure there stuff out over there. Never going back for any reason.

They hired a predator dr one who plays with medicine and has a dangerous history today the dr is in jail and I’m glad and I pray the women who filed papers on this botched dr wins her lawsuit

Have been doing my DOT physical there for years because of the convenience of the location for me.No longer the case. I don't know is the ownership being changed but this place is no longer the same.They are charge 3% fee if your pay with the credit card. Keep you there for hours waiting and won't let you use their restroom if you need to you need to. Go to Menards. You're paying them $100 for a test and at the same time they are saying No public restrooms here, like you are not A Customer.They lost a loyal customer.
