I am most grateful for the excellent job and caring staff who restored my home after a bathroom flood. Each team:Blake and Bolina for clean up; Roger and Jacob for structural repair; Peppa, Sarah and Natalie for packing and moving contents to the Pod; and Ben and Daniel for keeping the commitment of the move in date. Daniel’s oversight, continuing coordination, communication and commitment were over the top. Thank you all!

Two days after Towne had completed their great work (as indicated in the review below), I had to call them back because the original problem that they very successfully had completed after we all assumed that the issue had been resolved. As a result, the flooding occurred again. Not only did Towne come back in to re-restore the damage left, they helped resolve the problem with the original contractor. They are a company that cares about its customers! Special thanks to Todd, Faith, Daniel and Ben!

We were really, really impressed by how honest and caring this company was. Russ came out to inspect our property TWICE for a mold situation, completely for free, making a 40 min drive each time. And both times he was completely above board with us and told us that our situation was not crucial enough to hire his team and wouldn't be worth it for us. He also gave us helpful advice about OTC products we could buy and other things we could do as homeowners to keep the mold at bay in the future. It's rare these days to find a company that will go above and beyond like this without just focusing on profits. We really appreciated the human touch and would recommend... read full review
