Renata is a really friendly lady who double checks her work while you’re being fitted. Happy to explain the fitting, the fitting process and very patient. She does work by appointment only and is usually booked due to being one of the only local tailors but she tries to fit you in the schedule best she can so I’d recommend planning ahead! Other than that, parking is a little complicated but she does her best to explain her location which isn’t too hard to find either. I’d highly recommend her!

Renata did an amazing job on my suit. She is very attentive, and diligent in her work. She's flexible when it comes to working with your schedule. She even did two fittings on the same day to make sure I'd have it in time for Thanksgiving. She had also done my suit for my nieces wedding last year and everything was perfect. I highly recommend Russell's Alteration Shop. You won't be disappointed. Added bonus was the handsome little furry feline that came out for pets and to say farewell.

Mrs. Russell was amazing altering my new suit. Shipping had held up my suit until 3 days before a wedding and she was able to fit mw into her schedule on almost NO notice. Pants fit almost perfectly on the first try, but she said 10 minutes and they'll be perfect. Suit jacket also fit as promised first try. Couldn't be more thankful to have found a tailor as professional as her. ALL my alteration needs will be brought here from now on!
