Melissa worked her magic about a month or more ago and fixed a very unintentional dye job at home that I did. She was very professional and was so understanding with what I wanted and my concerns! She was able to move around her schedule and with in a few days, I was able to go get my hair fixed and even was able to come back a few weeks later at no charge for her to go back in and lighten it more (get it to where we wanted it) because my hair just wouldn’t lift. She worked her magic and I am so appreciative of her and her salon! I will most definitely be going back! As a matter of fact, I’ve already booked my next appointment! I can’t wait to see what she transforms my hair to next! 🖤
