I own a 2006 Hoiliday Rambler Coach, my Tank Monitor System stopped working, I was able to call KIB Electronics and the helpful young lady that answered the call put me in touch with Radovan Nikolic in the parts department. He was most helpful and helped me trouble shot the system over the phone. once we determined the board was bad ask me to send him a picture of it. A few minutes after I sent the picture I received a call back from him he gave the part number and price, I ordered it from him, I received it within a week. Now the Tank Monitor System is working great. Thank you Rod and thank you KIB Electronics for great customer service.

Finding customer service is difficult these days and good customer service is almost impossible to find but we found it with Walt at KIB! We needed a part that was hard to find and he found it and shipped it to us immediately. His knowledge of the product, how to install it and what we needed to know about it was extremely important. Give that man a raise!
