    I tried several veterinarians for my dog to get the right one. Out of all of them I tried the animal care clinic was the best one. The people there was overwhelmingly nice, kind and caring. They were a little bit more expensive than the other veterinarians I went to but it was well worth it they were so kind and caring about my dog that I will always use them as my veterinarian from that time forward. I would recommend this Veterinarian to everyone and I don't recommend things lightly.

    I Would have only given them one star had my prior experiences been like today's. I am taking into consideration that they are requiring all customers to wear masks and stay in their vehicles due to Corona Virus. The bad experience started right at the moment of our scheduled appointment. Walking up to the door without being told prior to arriving, that we were to call and stay in vehicle. The lady that came to the door was very impatient and came off a little rude acting ad if we have done this before and should've known the drill. So we returned to our car and proceeded to make the call. We waited 30 minutes past out scheduled appointment and decided to call and see what the hold up was. The lady at the front desk said we were next up and that they had a few emergencies. After waiting another 12 minutes they finally came to Door and call out pets names' to then tell us we needed a second cat carrier for our cat that does not like them. This wouldn't have been such an issue if once again we weren't briefed on this policy, the lady at the door made us wait outside even though we she were wearing our masks and told us she would have to charge us for the carrier. Then my son had to use the restroom after waiting 40+ minutes after arrival, so we went across the street to the gas station and the Animal Clinic Parking Lot pet Police called our number immediately after leaving asking us if we left the property. I couldn't believe it. I explained my son needed to use the restroom due TO The excessive wait time. I also explained we would return within one minute. One minute later we returned, to Then have to wait another ten for the vet call and ask what was going on with our pets. I have to say I was very disappointed in the service and lack of communication I received today. We were not the only customer that weren't briefed/communicated on these newly implemented policies. One positive note after explaining their short comings on communication about new policies they did agree to give us the cardboard carrier free of charge. Heads up the piece of cut cardboard runs you $12.33.

    My husband and I love the care our dogs have received from the vets and techs at Animal Care Clinic North. For instance, when our dog former Cody was very old and had suffered from many seizures and other issues, we made the tough decision to help him have a peaceful end of life. The staff was extremely compassionate and helped us have a quiet, private time with him as he passed on. Now we have two young rescued dogs who benefit from their gentle care and are quick to recommend natural remedies when appropriate instead of medications, etc. They are patient with our pups, and with me, and listen to my concerns and answer my many questions. (I also like the fact that cats enter the office on a separate side from the dogs' area so my pups don't react with their usual craziness.) I highly recommend you give them a try.
