My mom got her nails done at her friends and one of her finger was hurting really bad, due to the friend being out of city we couldnt go back to her friend to get the nail fixed. The lady at the salon was very concerned and helpful to resolve the issue, she filed down the side of the nail and helped with the pain! I really recommend this place. She was nice, helpful and advised my mom what to do if anything else happens! Thanks a lot
I have 3 stars because the customer service was incredible and I love my pedicure but I absolutely hate everything about my nails the acrylic not flat it’s lumpy one of my nails not glued on straight I told him he said he would fix it but never did
Here visiting and needed my nails done today, due to leaving tomorrow. I was referred to Derrick or Dereck by his brother at Jon’s Nails and I want to say Thanks. I was not disappointed. I was greeted with a smile, rapport was build and the professionalism & friendliness stood front & center, as if I was his regular client. If you look for a place to go and get your nails done and you want to be treated with dignity, respect, professionalism and friendliness Happy Nails is the place to go.
