Great communication, great people and the area was spotless when they were completed. Didn't have to re-seed grass, etc..
Only issue I had was 4-5 years down the road, some of the screws that hold in my vertical fence rails have fallen out. Not a big deal and didn't affect my rating of them - I've put in a request for more of the same screw so I can replace the ones that have fallen out since I can't find them in the grass. I will use a lighter grade lock tight before installing new screws to help prevent them from falling out again.
