Aunty Mary African Hairbraiding is highly recommended for its amazing and beautiful braiding work. The braider is noted as the best in Elkhart, possibly Indiana. She is described as nice, understanding, friendly, professional, and caring. The work place is very clean and she is fast. She is accommodating with scheduling, working clients into her calendar and communicating clearly. She provides excellent service for both adults and children, making even toddlers feel comfortable and talking them through the process. Customers are very pleased and love their hair, stating they will definitely be returning.
The best braider in Elkhart! Possibly Indiana! She was so nice and understanding when I called her after a disastrous appointment with another stylist in the area. She worked me into her schedule and did an amazing job with my braids. I will definitely be returning.
I took my 3 y/o and 9 y/o to get braids by Mary and she did an amazing job. She made my girls feel comfortable and talked them through each step. It was my toddlers first time at a hair salon so that meant a lot. My girls absolutely love their hair and so do I, thank you!!
I usually go to the braid experts on western but they’re so unprofessional I didn’t feel like dealing with it. So I was strolling on instagram and I seen Aunty Mary shop come up so I sent her a message and I called to see if I would get an answer because it was after 7pm. When she answered the phone and I told her what I was looking to have done to my hair and the time I wanted to come in she scheduled me in no problem. Mary texted and called me to see if I wanted to come earlier because she was done with the person before me. Mary was very professional and caring.
