AC went out. Hottest time so far this year. Made the call to Advanced, got a call back within minutes. appointment scheduled next day at 8am. Blake the tech was prompt, professional. He answered my questions about the unit I currently have. This time turned out to be a relatively easy fix. No hard upsell! Because of that, if i need future service. cant see why i would call anyone else. Very pleased with the customer service.

My furnace quite last night. I called Advanced Heating leaving my info. Got a call back 7 minutes later. Kevin from Advanced set an appointment for 8:30 the next morning. He was on site 15 minutes early. A gas valve and circuit board were bad & under warranty. Thanks Advanced!

Couldn't be happier with the work that was done on my new construction built house that was not a quick or simple job to be done! But these guys did hell of a job and was great to work with! Communication is a must in our books and Kevin was always quick to get in touch with even on the weekends. Highly recommend these guys!
