We’ve been dealing with grease trap issues at our business since December 2024 and have had it cleaned multiple times this year alone — with little to no improvement. Each visit feels disconnected from the last: every tech comments that the previous work (done by their own company) was done incorrectly or missed something.
In one case, I was told cleaning the intake/outtake was an extra charge — after already paying for a full cleaning. A week later, someone came and pulled debris from the same line, and still the trap continued to back up.
I was quoted around $700 for jetting — that turned into $1,800 — and now, just three weeks later, the trap is leaking from the seam again. I reached out to ask for a proper inspection and proposals for long-term solutions, and got no response.
At this point, it feels like a cycle of repeated service charges without coordination, resolution, or accountability.

Had been dealing with water or waste backup coming through the floor drain as a result of clog deep withing our drain line. After snaking our main line twice, Tierra was recommended as the guys who could help solve our problems once and for all. They showed up to clean out my sewer line through my catch basin. The two gentlemen were a pleasure to work with, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Great company!! So happy they were able to get my plumbing system flowing properly as it should....out to the sewer and not back into my house!! Thank you!!
