Called Sikma first thing on a Monday morning after not having hot water over the weekend. Was quickly connected with a technician who gathered my information. We talked about the plan and he showed up at my house a few hours later w/the necessary parts. Brandon was FANTASTIC. Fixed my water heater and walked me through what he did in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some maintenance tips which I never knew about. Brandon is a great guy - competent and just friendly and pleasant. I now have hot water again - YAY! Cannot recommend you guys more. Thank you Brandon & Sikma.

My toilet was leaking and kitchen faucet with sprayer was leaking. Brandon promptly diagnosed the tank seals. As the kitchen faucet was very dated, we decided to install a new one. Perfect!
