Royal Pools is the absolute best. We have used a few other places and there is no comparison. The guys that came out were so helpful and nice. We will only use Royal Pools for all our swimming pool needs from now on.

They provided detailed documentation of their services, findings, and solutions, leaving no questions unanswered. For underwater repairs, Royal Pools partners with a skilled dive team -- who were awesome and took care of everything within one day -- demonstrating their ability to tackle even the most challenging jobs efficiently. Sandra, who I believe works in customer service was absolutely outstanding, going above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable, expert pool service!

This is my second season having Royal Pools G2 service my pool. I did have issues with the bi-weekly clean crew. I did go to another company for one season. However, I do believe in second chances, and I'm so happy I went back to Royal Pools. The pool technicians were fantastic. They took their time opening up my pool; they are very friendly and made sure everything was in good shape. A couple of days later, they came back to balance, clean, and review my pool equipment. They came again a couple of days later to check the water levels. Their price are reasonable and I have no issues with the staff at Royal Pools. Thank you for being so helpful.
