We had service done on April 25th. Great experience..great friendly and knowledgeable staff.from Glenda at the front desk Greg the service advisor, and Joe our technician.. they made sure we were informed of all work being done and went above and beyond with the repairs. Thank you!

Huge shout-out to REV in Coburg, Oregon. We pulled in here on Sunday with a cracked windshield (had called them when it happened a few weeks ago and made an appointment). On Monday, when we gave them all our insurance information, they groaned because we have Progressive, which outsources their glass coverage to Safelite. The guys at REV said that Safelite is horrible to deal with, making the shop jump through numerous hoops and then undercutting or stiffing them on payment. We called Progressive/Safelite, got the run-around from them, ended up taking the issue to social media (which really does work). Got a call from a manager at Progressive, and after a couple of hours... read full review
