Me and my Fiancé Beverly Grimes would like to express how pleased we are with Masters. From the service guy to our finance guy to our installer of our new furnace. All very professional and pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend Masters!!!
Just had a new ac unit and furnace installed by Masters. From the time I called for a quote to the installation day was quick! Chad the salesman was very professional, and explained everything with great detail. Very straightforward and honest with our needs. Sean and Michael showed up on time for my install and we're also very professional, and informative. Explained everything before they left and cleaned everything up. The whole process start to finish was super easy and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
Dennis was absolutely good at his profession. Explain our Heating and air-conditioning system. How important it is to keep the AC until cleaned of any leaves and dirt.
He made sure our system was in good working condition.
He mentioned about a system to clean the air more efficiently. Will call masters when we can afford the unit.
