We recently sold the home that was built for us, and I wanted to take a moment to share our experience.
Overall, the house was beautiful, well-built, and served our family very well. As with any home, we had a few issues arise over the years, but they were addressed and resolved properly. While some items required a little persistence on our part, the team always followed through and made things right.
A special thank you to Abbi and Shane, who were both incredibly helpful throughout the process. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of.

We did a walk through are brand new house with Shane from Ideal Builders and he did a great job in explaining to us all the amenities and things Inside and outside the house. He answered all the questions we had for him and overall he was a great to work with! The house is awesome!
Ideal Builders in Decatur Indiana
Just finished construction on our Beautiful new home at 1148 Farmington Drive in Harvest Acres Subdivision in Bluffton Indiana. Lacey Caffee and Shane Daily have been so helpful to us in this process. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
