We actually love our kitchen cabinets, but one is coming apart actually falling off the wall, have been working with Menards and Medallion... purchased not even 3 yrs ago Medallion will not warranty it. Says
This is the first time we’ve purchased Medallion Cabinets and are very pleased. We purchased them from Menards’s in Findlay,OH.Although, we had difficulties with our order, all pandemic related, the level of care to rectify those inconsistencies was exemplary. Our Medallion representative, Kevin Lynch, even came to our house to ensure everything was what we wanted.Outstanding customer service
