My daughter is a very skilled high school athlete that was struggling with confidence and playing her game. One session with Tammy and she turned her whole season around. She was ecstatic after the first game and only built on the success she had. I had been trying to help her mental approach without luck and Tammy did exactly what I was trying to do. It was the best thing I ever did for her. Seeing her play the sport she loved while filling her potential made her so happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

This was my first experience with hypnotherapy so I didn’t know what to expect and wasn’t sure how it would go. Tammy was very thorough in asking questions and capturing my input in order to make the most out of the experience. Her pace seemed perfect and was successful in guiding me into the right state of mind. I’m came out of the session relaxed, peaceful, and exhilarated at the same time. The next morning I felt ambitious about achieving my goals. Overall a great experience!

Amazing Hypnotherapy session with Tammy. I had a storm going on in my head that Tammy was able to calm down. I feel one step closer to getting in control of my mind which is clearer and filled with positive energy.
