“I started to bring my dog Riley to Smith almost 2 years ago. Best decision I ever made. Ever since we started going there, I’ve noticed so many wonderful things. I love how much the staff loves our pets. While doing their important busy job, they still give attention to our pets and make sure they feel loved while being there. I love how Dr. Smith focuses on each dog. I love that he is the only doctor there. He listens well… explains things until I fully understand and always remembers when Riley is back. Riley is very calm with him and I know she trust him. I took Riley to 2 vets before this, and I wasn’t a fan. Especially because we would see a different doctor each time. I felt rushed. As if they just wanted to get us in and out. Riley would never stay calm. At smith, they make us feel welcomed. Let me ask 10000 questions. They sit on the floor with Riley while I talk and ask my questions. They make us feel at home. All the girls there are amazing but Riley loves Ama and Yovonne extra special! I highly recommend this vet and know my Riley girl is in good hands!!“

“I have anxiety about bringing my Labrador to the vet because he gets nervous and reactive. Our previous vet was rude and dismissive, so I tried crossroads and I’ve been there twice with him so far. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff were so incredibly patient and kind. I’ve seen both Dr. A and Dr. Tyler and both of them were just fantastic. The vet tech staff were wonderful as well. I’m just so impressed with the compassionate care we received. I find the pricing to be fair as well.“
