First let’s start with Heather in the office who helped me out with answering all my questions and getting us set up for an appointment and telling me ahead of time who our tech was going to be. Next up is Dan! He first texted and said he was on his way and showed up on time! He was super pleasant, knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs! We’ve been having an ant problem and had no issues getting to work!
He sprayed areas I didn’t even know would potentially be an issue. Looking forward to see how it works and for our 2 week follow-up.

Daniel was thorough and explained what he did to take care of a yellow jacket nest in my backyard. He told me how long it should take to see the expected results and said if there was still an issue after that expected time frame to contact them for further assistance. So far so good.
I’m a very happy repeat customer! Everyone you encounter at this company is so kind and friendly, from the first phone call to the actual service! We used Green Advantage at our old home and their service was very effective, so I knew who to call for our new home. It was immediately obvious that they care about what they do.
Daniel came and treated today and he was kind, friendly, professional and thorough. He treated for the massive spider problem we’ve been dealing with AND wasps/yellowjackets. It’s such a comfort to know their product is safe around pets/kids and does the job.
