Waited two months to see this tax preparer. Got a reminder text the day before confirming, no problem. Arrived early, no answer at the door (it's a residence). Waited 10 min past appt time and left, only to receive a call advising to use side door. Was not stated in any comms or signage. Eventually saw the preparer, she apologized, went smooth thereafter.
I have trusted Debbie with our taxes for years. Accurate, knowledgeable and professional in her tax preparation, she is also willing to answer our questions, and her pricing is fair. Definitely recommend her!
