My haircut can be difficult and I require some extra attention to detail. Kaylie does a great job every time. The personal service aspect and great customer service is also the main reason I continue to come back to the Crown Point location even though I live closer to two other locations.

How in the world does this place have 4.1 after what they did to my husband this is unacceptable. He left the store looking like a scalped monkey. The only thing I can say is at least She had a steady hand. Because I could’ve sworn she put a bowl and protractor on his head out of ten this place is getting a zero worst 30 ever spent.
