I started to bring my dog Riley to Smith almost 2 years ago. Best decision I ever made. Ever since we started going there, I’ve noticed so many wonderful things. I love how much the staff loves our pets. While doing their important busy job, they still give attention to our pets and make sure they feel loved while being there. I love how Dr. Smith focuses on each dog. I love that he is the only doctor there. He listens well… explains things until I fully understand and always remembers when Riley is back. We have always been extremely happy with the treatment our pets receive at Smith. They are attentive and take the time to explain things in a way that helps you understand what is happening and why a particular course of treatment is or is not appropriate. We highly recommend them!

I've been taking my dogs to Smith Animal for the past year. Thankfully we haven't had any emergencies so it's been mainly preventative care and ear infections. The staff has always been great and Dr. Smith is always the Dr. we see. They have appointments that fill up pretty fast but I think they reserve some time for emergencies. How do I know this....because I had to make a really tough decision about my 18 year old cats on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I had originally planned to use from Home to Heaven but was unhappy with the communication. So on Friday morning I called Smith Animal and explained the situation. They said they had an emergency appointment... read full review
