We had a spring break on our boat trailer. We got the run around from many towing companies in Illinois, where the incident occurred. We finally called our home town company. Lo and behold, they dispatched a driver immediately! And for an extremely fair price! The driver Santi was professional, courteous, and took excellent care of our boat and trailer. John who answered the phone was very nice and helpful! After 6 hours of sitting on the side of an extremely busy highway, we called and got the best! We should have done it in the first place! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Thanks Midnight Blue!

What a seamless experience - our vehicle need to tow from northern Illinois back to Indiana. From the initial call which was after 5 pm on a Friday to the billing process with Wendy, everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Couldn't ask for a smoother process - Thank you

I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to Josh at Midnight Blue Towing (out of Crown Point).On our way back home from Cedar Lake over the weekend (we live in Chesterton), a pulley snapped causing my serpentine belt to completely shred and break on my Jeep.Life happens, but when it happens with your baby next to you… it’s just scary.We called around for a tow and everyone was busy or couldn’t accommodate our needs. By the time we came across Midnight Blue, I was in pure panic mode explaining we had a baby and needed to make sure he not only could travel safely in a tow truck, but that we could be taken care of quickly so that he could be fed in a timely manner.They... read full review
