I recently started lessons at HGS in Crown Point, IN after I received an email from HGS introducing Mr. George who was recently hired to teach Drums and Marimba. It sparked my interest in learning the Marimba and learning the drum part of a song I love. The staff at HGS are friendly and helpful. Mr. George, due to unforeseen circumstances wasn't able to be at HGS on two occasions but his replacement, Mr. Jack, was wonderful. Both teachers are very focused and attentive to teaching. I would recommend both Mr. George and Mr. Jack if you are interested in learning how to play the drums. Never think you're too old to learn an instrument or drumming. I never imagined that as a grandmother, I'd be learning to play the drums. This new adventure has given me a new sense of purpose, joy and happiness.

Everyone is extremely nice and professional, and my daughter really enjoys her drum lessons!
