My first purchase here was a used guitar that had a blemish on the finish. I never even saw it but when checking out the owner said that there was a chance of a structural problem and, if I ever had any trouble with the instrument, I should bring it back. Fast forward a few years and the guitar has never had any trouble whatsoever. But I appreciated the honesty and that's why I come back to shop here.
My husband and I went in there the other day to sell my son’s Taylor guitar. Billy is like the “coolest cat” I have ever met in my whole entire life!!! I have raved about him to every single person in my neighborhood. Loved the vibe of Billy and his staff.
