EXCELLENT PURCHASE EXPERIENCE! True confession, I find it scary to send a stranger $2000 to ship me a used guitar sight unseen. But it is not practical to travel a thousand miles to "kick tires" -- and being able to shop stores thousands of miles from home vastly expands the choices. So a responsive, knowledgeable and honest seller is HUGELY valuable. Billy O's stepped up to that plate and knocked it out of the park. Billy did an amazing job getting my guitar back into shape. Intonation issues are fixed. Thank you! I recorded tonight and everything is right on point. I'm glad you're here and I'll be back for regular fix-ups. Sort of cool he flipped the saddle on my guitar and it sounds way better now. I highly recommend this place.

Awesome experience which is a rarity these days in other stores. This place is awesome and FULL of goodies any gear you need they probably got it hiding somewhere in there. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. A great store with great staff. Thanks for getting me what I needed and all the help!
