I went there, checked in, sat down for about 30 seconds before I was called back. They took my vitals easy peasy, and I waited about 30 more seconds for the doc to come in. He was very nice and diagnosed me in no time. Before I knew it, I was out the door and on my way to the pharmacy and then home. I will definitely go there again.

I would like to start by saying Thank You to Nancy! She was my tech/nurse at the OPEN MRI at Fransican Point in Crown Point, IN. Nancy was very professional yet so comforting before, during & after the procedure. During this imaging process it can be so overwhelming, uncomfortable, or just down right scary. She had such a gentleness & calming presence that I almost fell asleep! (And I wasn't prescribed a sedative lol) Also, she had an imaging disk made before I even left. Last time I received no disk & when I went back to pick it up it hadn't been made even after I had called 2 days prior. I had a surgical procedure at Franscian Pointe recently and extremely pleased with the care given to me by Julie, my pre-OP and post-OP nurse, Pam and Erica, the surgical nurses, and by Jason, all truly seemed to enjoy doing their jobs. When I left i was given flowers. A nurse from the facility even called the day after to see how I was doing. I would definitely use this facility again.
