Hired Duane’s to install a new control panel on a Briggs Home Generator. I had previously hired another company and they tried to install it for me but they couldn’t figure out how to program it. Jeremy came out and was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He completed the programming and install with no issues. I won’t be using anyone else in the future.

My whole house GE generator did not come on during a power outage on Sunday evening 28th. Called on Monday morning. Technician arrived at noon. Did an accurate diagnosis and quickly repaired. Wonderfully PROMPT SERVICE!

When I contacted Duane, he was out to quote the job right away and then had me on the schedule for installation the following week. It was much quicker than I anticipated. They did a great job, it looks very professional. Duane is very responsive and responds to any questions I have right away. The whole home generator proved itself to be a great investment. Just a month after installation we had a 12 hour power outage and it ran perfectly. This saved my basement from flooding by keeping the sump pump going the entire time. Plus we had full use of our home, air conditioning, tv, internet, kitchen, laundry, etc. for the whole duration of the power outage. Definitely recommend... read full review
