Excellent job getting my Speed Queen dryer up & running again. They were able to troubleshoot an intermittent issue like it was nothing. Will definitely use them again if I have issues in the future.
Needed service on my dryer at a quick turnaround. D1 was available within 2 days and showed right within the service window. Derek, the owner, was straight to the point and took care of what I needed and got me back up and running. D1 gained me as a customer moving forward and I’m happy to have found someone quickly being new to the area here in Crown Point. Thank you!
I appreciate Derek's time an effort even though he could not repair my machine he gave it his best effort. I understand it is sometimes difficult with these appliances to diagnose and fix the problem, with all the electronics and such, but hats off to Derek for giving it the college try and keeping me informed all the way. He is a pleasure to work with.
