I’m thankful that crossroads helped saved my cats life when we were havnt a near fatal emergency. But when I tried to get his prescription food it happened to be emergency hours. And they want to charge DOUBLE because it’s an emergency hours, $6 for you to hand me a can of his food that I physically can’t get elsewhere is insane. I’ve also been waiting to hear back with a prescription so I can order online instead.

Had to take my kitten in for his second vaccine shot today, it was a busy day but they are always great there Emily W. was great when she took us back. I could tell she was working hard and doing a great job. I appreciate all they do there, always great with the pets and the people.

Vets in general are expensive and it hurts the wallet more when you come in after 6. Both times my dog had cluster seizures, and both times we got him back on the mend. He's still sedated from the newer meds, and he's getting back to close to the same dog we had.
It's also stressful for me since I'm sick, so I called them as many times as I needed(it was lots because it was stressful), and they were great.
