“I moved to Crown Point from the UK last year and finding a good hair dresser was high on my to-do list. I wanted somewhere local, so I gave Hair Shaper Salon a try. I was greeted by Bev on the phone, and made an appointment for the next day. I arrived a few minutes earlier, and the by the time I took my jacket off, Bev was handing me a fresh cup of coffee. Overall, great homey experience, very cute/intimate Salon with professional and talent stylists. I've been there every other week for a year and don't have a single bad thing to say. Would definitely recommend to others :)“

“The atmosphere and the staff were amazing! I walked in and was greeted by Jessica, who made me feel at home. I got a lash lift and an eyebrow wax done by Olivia. This was my first lash lift, and I am extremely pleased with the results! Olivia walked me through every step she was taking, making sure I was comfortable during the process. She also mapped out my eyebrows before she waxed them, making sure they were the best shape for my face. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed before, but Olivia by far has had the gentlest touch, and I could have fallen asleep during it! Overall I highly recommend this establishment for your self care needs.“

“I started going to Shear Magic in 1994 when I moved to Indiana. Debbie Morrison is an excellent Salon owner. She has a beautiful Salon & Spa. She's friendly and genuinely cares about all the clients. I learned today, 1/25/2022 when I called to reschedule my appointment that the Stylist that has been cutting & highlighting my hair for 27 years left to go to another Salon. I don't understand her lack of loyalty to the owner who gave her, her 1st job fresh out of beauty school. I'm remaining with Shear Magic. I like the personal feel of the Salon. Debbie Morrison now cuts my hair and she actually cut and styled it so much better.Service: Haircut“
