I was referred by Hensley legal group for a workers comp case. I’m not happy with the service because I have no clue what is going on. I’ve been working with Nicole. Alone with her paralegal I receive letters from the company that I am doing a workers comp case with I was told by Nicole to forward all paperwork that I received from the agency to Nicole I have done that after that, I have not heard back from her since hopefully they don’t say I was never a client of theirs if so, I would have to move forward with another attorney am not happy at this moment I just wish I knew what was going on with my case ?Update:::: I have been notified back ?

The office staff was always polite answering the phones. The paralegal always there to answer my questions through email or by phone calls it may have taken time to get back to me but just had to be patient. Legal secretary calling to go over and make sure I understood what and how it was going to finalize. Attorney Steve Alvarez not settling and making sure he went the extra mile for me.
