Air Tech has serviced my home many years and I trust no other! I had an issue with the AC unit late Saturday evening. Called Sunday morning expecting to leave a voice mail but Tammy answered! Our furnace went out a few weeks ago. We called what we thought was a reputable company and someone came out last Friday and told us our furnace had a mouse in it (never had a hint of a mouse here) and the heat exchange was rusty and about to fail. Quoted us a new furnace/ac for $20,000! Decided to get lots of other quotes, but one in particular stood out. Joe from Air Tech called and said with the age of our furnace, it shouldn’t need replacing. He asked if he could take a second look. Said he wouldn’t charge a service call, but if he could save us money he would. Had Joe come out to inspect furnace and AC after having another company provide me with some bad news on both units. Joe and his father showed up when they said they would. Joe started with furnace and was very helpful in showing me what the other tech failed to do correctly. He assured me furnace was fine and even showed me where the furnace had the year it was made and install date. Other tech tried to tell me furnace was older than what it was along with lots of other false information.
