We arrived at our summer home to open up and clean to find no hot water…called Kozons, our service company for the past 20 years, and they were out that same morning and resolved the issue. Their expertise and kindness is amazing!

The communication with Kozon was excellent. They were knowledgeable and professional. I live in Indianapolis and they worked around my schedule for the repairs I needed. There tech showed up 10 minutes early and was in and out quicker than expected. Nothing but great service.

If you're wondering if this is the right place to replace your ac, furnace, or water heater... then please stop looking! Everyone is amazing and super informative. From the office working with Brandy and Jess, to the team that came out. (Thank you Blaine, Jake, Matt, and Jeremy. Sorry if I didn't get the names spelled right guys) Brandy worked with me for a year, checking in on me while I was working on other things, keeping me up to date on pricing and other options that had become available.
