My husband scheduled an appointment online at the beginning of the week, Monday 3/18, for a Thursday appointment. He took the time off work. He gets a call at 9:30 am Thursday for a 10:00 am appointment, that since he's not been seen in over 5 years he's no longer considered a patient and that Dr. Spencer isn't taking new patients. (which is completely fine) They then canceled his appointment and said he can be seen 4/1. Why wasn't this discovered earlier, when the appointment was created/accepted? I'm sure if he missed his appointment he'd be charged a fee- but they are allowed to cancel last minute and not even try to squeeze him in same... read full review

Pinnacle's billing is a nightmare. My insurer issued Explanations of Benefits reducing the charges to the contracted allowed rates for my 2 kids AND made payments to Pinnacle. Despite hours and hours of my time on the phone over 4 phone calls to fix the issue, Pinnacle says "it's under review" but still does not recognize the insurer payments or EOBs and will not even allow me to send them the EOBs (I have copies and offered 4 times to send them in case they can't find them). They continue to send me harassing invoices claiming I owe amounts I don't owe because they were reduced by my insurer and FULLY paid by my insurer. It's absolutely... read full review

Unfortunately since being bought out by Pennicle expect overbooking and long waits even in the mornings. Expect at least a wait of an hour. This establishment is now all business and not about patient care. The almighty dollar is what it’s about now. Also, the nurse practitioner is a complete nut job and also very terse and rude.
