Had an 8 year old Speed Queen dryer that works overtime and needed repair. Skaggs scheduled really quickly, communicated well the day before as well as the day of and all said and done, I have a like new 8 year old dryer that should continue to do its job for many more years. Tech was super efficient and worked around a busy class schedule at the place of business. Great experience!

Jeremy came and evaluated our washer that quit working. He was thorough when explaining what was wrong with it and gave us recommendations should we decide to replace it rather than repair it. He was super knowledgeable, personable and respectful of our home. I will definitely call them again the next time I'm in need of appliance repair!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We’ve used them twice now - one for the refrigerator and once for the freezer. Each time the service has been exceptional. Most recently, our freezer wasn’t getting cold & when I called (mid day Monday) the next availability was Wednesday. Sucks, but that’s the way it goes sometimes. Later in the day, around 4pm I received a call from the tech asking if he could just come today, that he had got done earlier than he expected and was in the area! They didn’t charge us extra for coming so late and he was communicating with us throughout the entire diagnosis and repair. We will definitely use them again (but hopefully...read full review
