Sophia is an excellent massage therapist. Depending on your request she can go light or deep. She's good at finding knots and working them out. If the knot is really deep, she will check with you often about the pressure she uses.

Went to another place here in town. For an hour massage. Massage was a joke. Did nothing to help me move my neck. Went to Sophia and she squeezed me in for a literal 5 minute rub on my neck and I could actually move my head left to right. Thank you thank you. Your friend always. Brenda
