Ben was here to do maintenance on our air conditioner unit today. Everything was fine. He was very knowledgeable about the functions on our thermostat and was helpful about using some of the features on it. Thank you Ben
Christian was prompt! I couldn’t believe that I called for a technician and he was there within an hour. He made me feel at ease that the fix wasn’t that difficult. Have to wait for the part to be ordered and reschedule but was glad to hear that he would be the one to return to do the job.
I cannot say enough to praise Nate ( our service technician) and Peterman Brothers. The service was great and very reasonable for the services we had done including hooking up a dishwasher, a ceiling fan and outside security light and making sure the dishwasher circuit met current code. We purchased their annual plan that gave us an additional price break. I would trust them again with all of my future services on my hvac, plumbing and electrical work. Many others would have charged us more, but the honesty of the service was refreshing when some companies care little except making a quick buck at the customer’s expense.
