Nails Station & Spa Columbus
“I always go to Nails Station and get their deluxe pedicure with gel polish. It’s fantastic! Louis and Johnny are my favorites, because I like a strong leg and foot massage. Today, my color didn’t seem as dark as what I usually get, but I thought maybe I was imagining it, so when Johnny asked me if I liked the color, I said yes. I did like it, but when I went up front to pay, I compared it to the color samples, and it was nothing like the color I had chosen, so I mentioned it to the manager, and he made it right by letting me choose a similar color and having someone put a coat of it over the lighter color. I felt bad, because Johnny didn’t do anything wrong. The bottle must have just been mislabeled. I was very happy with the way the situation was handled. I’ve been to several nail salons in Columbus, and Nails Station is BY FAR MY FAVORITE!”
