There are very nice and they listen to any problems or concerns and are very good about working with their patients I was in a wheelchair and I was surprised that they moved there patients chair out to make it easier for me and not have to move from wheelchair to there chair and I ve never had to wait long for glasses and never had any problems with my glasses they are the best I've ever been seen by I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was kind and very efficient. I was in and out fairly quick, but I didn’t feel rushed. Connie at the front desk was above and beyond helpful! Sometimes you just need someone who listens, and that’s Connie. She helped me pick the perfect pair glasses and made wonderful conversation. We need more Connie’s in the world. 10/10 I would recommend
