Scott’s team did a great job diagnosing our water softener failure. On Monday, they flushed all our lines that had been affected by the softener failure. On Thursday, they installed our new softener. We had noticed our washer was not working properly, and Scott helped my husband pull that out and flush that line as well. Now it is working well.
