Johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

We just replaced our 20 year old heat pump last Friday after the fan motor went out. Johnson Heating and Cooling offered quotes for both a repair and replacement of the system. Don, our comfort specialist was very friendly and did not pressure us at all. We decided to go ahead with the replacement on a Thursday evening, and they were able to do the work the very next day! Clayton and Garret were the installers. They were very friendly and did a great job!

I recently had an amazing experience using johnson Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. I called on Sunday to schedule a plumber to come to the house to look at a small water leak I noticed that morning. They weee able to schedule a plumber for Monday Afternoon.

Jake showed up right on time and called in advance - plus as we have dogs. He quickly found the leak and was able to fix on the spot. I had a few other small projects (remove and water heater and replace a bathroom sink drain piping). I asked about while he was here and he was able to get to them as well.
