Staff were courteous. Even though Buttercup wasn’t a regular patient, they worked her into their schedule when she needed immediate attention. They saw her again for vaccinations and arthritis. They were prompt and efficient, and the charges were reasonable.

Grate service my puppy ended up with Provo it was scary because everything I hard about the virus was scary I thought I was going to lose him but thanks to Dr. Cooper and staff he got better the next day he was back to his playfulness I don't know if it's because I cought it in time or what but they did an amazing job with him thank you Dr. Cooper and staff for everything

My husband and I and our dog absolutely LOVE Dr Cooper! He is fast and efficient very friendly. However, I gave it four stars because the two girls helping us not friendly no smile no thank you nothing, not welcoming at all when we walked in check in / out pmt. She did not know the prices for immunizations and what they were for. She was very easily distracted on our conversation I had to repeat myself several times. This is very important to keep our dog healthy and happy. We LOVE Dr. Cooper he is always happy and laughing making our dog comfortable and welcome! Wish the staff was as friendly as Dr Cooper. Last year we were there and they had wonderful friendly people.
