Scott was courteous, helpful and prompt. We thought we would have to replace our carpet after one of our cats forgot her toilet manners. (And the smell was intense!) Scott cleaned it today, and so far, so good. He says to call him if any of the smell comes back after it’s completely dry. I wholeheartedly recommend!
