I had to drive to Columbus IN to get my sweeper put back together and explained that I would only be there for a short while as I live in Indpls. They made my request a priority and had it done Pronto. Premier service!

The owner of this place is so knowledgeable an fun to talk to. Hes great at the work he does. Ive purchased 2 Riccars from here over the years. They are all great sweepers. They never broke and if one wasn't lost in a house fire, they both would still be around today. Maintenance is key and this place is that place

Love this place! Staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They recommended a Riccar vacuum, which has saved me serious money over time. No more buying a new vac every few years when it burns out! ?
