Jacob was professional and went the extra measure for us. He diagnosed a major issue with a home we were purchasing and saved us from purchasing a home that had significant septic issues. Extremely knowledgeable and generous with his time. Would highly recommend Jacob for a home inspection! Also had a sewer inspection/scope done. No pressure; decided based on the age of the home and a few issues that came up during the inspection. Was glad that I did. Both inspections were very informative.
