They don’t listen to what you want at all they just cut it’s awful I had my hair close to perfect and this lady goes and cuts 2inches off when I asked for one half would rate zero stars if I could overall awful experience

Emma did not do what I wanted with my hair and it turned out terribly! First when I got home (after she curled my hair) I realized there was still color that need rinsed out. Which she had to have know. Going in my hair was supposed to be a dark brown with a burgundy baylage. She had no idea what she was doing. My hair was not burgundy even the slightest bit! Then after paying $100(including tip) she told me she couldn’t fix it for over two weeks!! That’s fine though cause I don’t want her touching my hair again!!!
