Gary took the time to go over everything that I was looking for and also what type flooring I had and recommend the perfect sweeper for me. Riccar never disappoints me. I have two golden retrievers and two cats and you would never know I do by our flooring. Their service on vacuums is thorough and fast and their prices are very reasonable. Just bought my 5th Riccar vacuum cleaner. I apparently vacuum more than what is "average". We have always had multiple dogs (3+ at a time) and the Riccar brand has stood the test of time. I would go through a vacuum cleaner every 18 months no matter the brand or price point. I stopped into an actual vacuum cleaner store over 20 years ago and was introduced to Riccar. I was so happy that Columbia City had a vacuum cleaner store when we moved here and Riccar was a brand they sold and serviced.
