The staff is generally described as pleasant, but they may occasionally rush through appointments due to overbooking and have limited English skills. Some concerns have been raised about the cleanliness of the salon and the reuse of certain supplies. While the service is adequate, the attitude of some staff members and the overall environment may not meet the expectations of those accustomed to larger, cleaner salons.
Went in to get a pedicure with my friends. Immediately all four workers started making fun of my toes. When filing my toenails down I got nicked. Just left feeling depressed but they did do a good job. Just didn’t appreciate getting insulted the whole time getting my pedicure done.
I'm so impressed with my pedicure. The cost was very reasonable and it looks excellent. I drive all around the state for work so I don't go to any nail salon regularly. Usually what I get done is pretty mediocre but this one wasn't. I will really try to go back here again. Thanks!
Pleasant staff. They over book and they only write down some appointments. They never turn down an appointment, they just rush through yours to get everyone in. I am concerned that they reuse some of their supplies like the toe separators. They are affordable which I think keeps people coming back. Their English is limited so communicating is a little rough.
